Joshua Marston to create and Direct Remake of 'The Double Hour' (Exclusive)

Starring Ksenia Rappoport and Filippo Timi, Hour followsa Slovenian hotel maid as well as an ex-cop who fall madly in love after meeting in a speed-dating event. Once they retreat to his employer's house within the Turin countryside, armed burglars shatter their romantic interlude and throw light on secrets using their pasts. Giuseppe Capotondi directed the initial, that was compiled by Alessandro Fabbri, Ludovica Rampoldi and Stefano Sardo.The film was launched in Italia immediately after its first showings in the Venice and Toronto film festivals last year. Samuel Goldwyn Films launched the thriller within the U.S. in April. Repped by WME and Anonymous Content, Marston most lately co-authored and directed The Forgiveness of Bloodstream, which in fact had its premiere in the Berlin film festival and can hit theaters through Sundance Chooses in Feb. Younger crowd authored and directed the 2004 dramaMaria Filled with Sophistication. Lee most lately producedThe Incident,Abduction,The RoommateandThe Uninvited.Giuliano(This Should Be the area) seemed to be a producer from the original Double Hour.
